Why Piedpiper Events?
Weddings might be a day or two affair but needs meticulous planning months in advance. Planning and execution is the key to a memorable wedding event With 12+ years of experience in planning, designing and executing wedding events, we at Piedpiper events understand the pulse of our client’s needs and requirements. We are a brand that believes in offering more than what is expected. We are a bunch of humble, genial and easy going people that believe in being transparent in our work and everything we do. Our aim is to take the stress off the client so that they can enjoy and have a joyous wedding experience.
Are you a Wedding Decorator or a Wedding Planner?
Our forte lies in planning of an event. We take pride in our attention to detail mode of operation which we have garnered over the years. Our expertise in other domains of event management (corporate events, conferences etc.)gives us the edge over our counterparts as we look at things above and beyond decor and design. Having said that, design and decor are integral part of our planning projects.
What is the price of your decor? Are there any fixed packages on offer?
Every client has a vision for their wedding. Based on the venue and the client’s requirements, we offer a quote after the preliminary discussion. We offer a fixed package with certain venues, although they can be customised based on the client’s requirements
If we have to take your services, when should we get in touch with you to book you for the event?
Ideally, Six to eight months from the prospective date would be great to start planning for your event. It gives enough time to explore options, designs, and other associated things so that you can make better decisions or change if you require. A non-refundable advance of INR 25,000 is required to block our dates for your event.
Do you do destination wedding? If yes, then How do we go about doing it with you?
Yes. We certainly do. Although we are based out of Bangalore, we have executed events in Goa, Mumbai and other cities in India. We can also take international projects as we have qualified and trusted vendors that partner with us.
Can you work within our budget?
We believe in offering a luxury experience for our clients. However we have a certain benchmark set in terms of budget offering. We take up the project if it’s viable for all parties.

What sorts of services do you offer (coordination, full-service planning, or à la carte planning)?
We can provide end to end service right from sourcing the venue to the D-day arrangements and whatever falls between it.

Do you handle contracts and licences (eg.music)?
We take care of all legal requirements pertaining to event related activities that falls under the purview of the law.
